1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the joya66 platform (available at joya66.app), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and joya66 ("joya66", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

joya66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on joya66.app. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use joya66. This age restriction applies to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh. joya66 employs age verification procedures during and after registration. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, all funds will be returned to the source payment method, and any winnings accrued will be voided.

2.2 Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and payment method details. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. joya66 may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, including a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), birth certificate, or mobile banking statement.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on joya66 only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited. joya66 uses technical verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Breaches of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. joya66 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security. You must notify joya66 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

joya66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following BDT payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment partners may be introduced from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). joya66 does not accept deposits via international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or bank wire transfer at this time.

3.2 Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by joya66, though your mobile wallet provider may apply its own daily transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your joya66 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. joya66 does not charge any fee for depositing funds. If a deposit fails to appear in your account within 15 minutes of payment confirmation, contact our support team at [email protected].

3.3 Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our payments team during standard operating hours. Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay may take up to 2 hours. joya66 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

3.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

joya66 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your NID, a screenshot of your mobile wallet registration, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days of the request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and funds returned to your joya66 account balance.

3.5 Refused Transactions

joya66 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal if there is reason to believe the transaction is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, joya66 will notify you via the contact details registered on your account.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by joya66 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion at the time it is offered. Where these general Terms conflict with promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

joya66 monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times, using multiple accounts to claim a single-player bonus, wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have associated winnings voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.4 joya66 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

joya66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after you have already received a bonus, the wagering requirement and validity period applicable at the time the bonus was credited will continue to apply.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Game Rules

5.4 Disconnection and Technical Faults

joya66 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device malfunction, or power failure on your end during active gameplay. In the event of a proven server-side technical fault that results in an incorrect game outcome, joya66 will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected round and return the wagered amount to your account balance. Decisions made by joya66 in relation to technical faults are final.

Where an account is closed due to a player breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any pending investigation.
